January 16, 2004 Attends FASTSIGNS convention in Dallas, TX "The show was a great success and the banner was awesome! Best quality printing I ever saw on a banner that size. I heard a couple of my staff made comments about the lack of grommets on the banner. I apologize for their comments, since they only saw the banner when it came out of the tube and didn't realize that you had taken the extra step of welding a pole pocket across the entire banner! When I ordered the banner, I had no idea how the hotel was going to install it, so you covered all the bases from your end - it just didn't work out for this particular install. As it turns out, my Hiker Grommet machine was brought in, I put in grommets every 24" and the banner went up without a hitch - and MAN O' MAN did it get everyone's attention!
